gardeners'guild - a brief history

Here are a few details for any that would like to know the background of the guild for gardeners, and why it exists.

Gardeners’Guild is a membership-supported self-sustaining organization with supply shop, created to help city gardeners with their outdoor spaces. Five of seven days, assistance is on hand for questions (Wednesday through Sunday) at the Albuquerque NM location. For those in or out of town, troubleshooting basic design and other issues is done on a walk-in basis, as well as by email. Send your questions!

Gardeners’Guild offers a convenient location for all gardeners to find both basic ingredients and decorative project supplies. The gardening group acts as a resource center for members and non-members alike, promoting activities that lead to healthier living through education. The guild is designed to more easily share ideas and information with our fellow urbanites.
We use words like explore, experiment, and evolve.
The guild supports community, creativity, common sense, conscience, convenience and cool stuff.

Gardens are about self-expression, and every community member benefits when another individual begins to garden. Because of this, gardening is even more important in densely populated areas that have more acute environmental challenges. It's risk-taking, without the risk!
